Water The north property is located within the Vandalia Water District, with one (1) well currently not in use. The south property is located within the Teapot Dome Water District and has one (1) well. Groundwater Disclosure Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040. SGMA may limit ground water pumping.
