Plantings Property is planted to +/-120 acres of Chandler Walnuts on Paradox Rootstock. Trees were planted in February of 2012 at 22′ x 22′ spacing. Water Property is located in and receives surface water from Porterville Irrigation District, which is part of the Eastern Tule GSA. Property has two (2) " 125 HP Pumps/Wells and one (1) " 25HP Pump/Well. Irrigation System: Netafim superset sprinkler system. One (1) centrally located reservoir: all three (3) wells pump in. There is a variable speed drive booster pump from the reservoir that is capable of irrigating half of the ranch at once. Soil +/-61.6% Grade 1 " Excellent " Tagus loam, 0 to 2 percent slopes. +/-33.4% Grade 1 " Excellent " Flamen loam, 0 to 2 percent slopes. +/-5.0% Riverwash.
