Plantings +/-230 acres of the property are planted to almonds. +/-68 Acres of Independence almonds. Planted in 2016 at a spacing of 22′ x 14′. +/-67 Acres of Nonpareil almonds. Planted in 2016 at a spacing of 22′ x 16′. +/-48 Acres of Independence almonds. Planted in 2015 at a spacing of 22′ x 14′. +/-47 Acres of Nonpareil almonds. Planted in 2015 at a spacing of 22′ x 16′. Water Property is located in the Pixley Irrigation District and part of the Tule Basin Water Quality Coalition. It is part of the Pixley Irrigation District GSA. There are two (2) Ag wells on the property, both with 150 HP pumps that deliver 1,100 gmp. There is one (1) reservoir, a filter station with containment walls and a dual line drip irrigation system. The property also has one (1) domestic well and septic system for the office. Structures There is one (1) office on the property that features two (2) private offices, a kitchen, conference room and storage rooms. There are also storage containers on-site. All within a fenced area. Groundwater Disclosure Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040.
