Emily brings a strong background in operations and logistics to her role as Operations Director. Before transitioning into real estate, she led large-scale wine grape harvest operations in Napa, managing logistics and customer service for over 200 wineries and grape growers across Northern California. While new to the real estate industry, her experience overseeing complex, time-sensitive systems has made her a trusted leader in streamlining operations, fostering strong vendor and client relationships, and supporting sustainable growth.
Raised in a Navy family, Emily moved every two years—an experience that shaped her adaptability and gave her a lasting appreciation for the meaning of home. She earned her degree in Wine & Viticulture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and returned to her “hometown” of Visalia in 2024. She’s proud to support a team that values service, integrity, and a deep connection to the community.
